<strong>microbial contamination <\/strong>are tests that rely on culture. However, despite the high sensitivity and specificity of the tests, it is a tedious and time-consuming process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-aee4a73e has-nv-site-bg-color has-text-color\">We set ourselves the task of enabling the use of a fast and relatively inexpensive method of identifying harmful bacteria in the form of <strong>genetic testing<\/strong>. One of the most common infectious diseases &#8211; both in humans and animals &#8211; is Salmonellosis. Animals and animal products are considered the main source of Salmonella.
